| Level of Course Unit | First Cycle | Objectives of the Course | To provide a general notion about Islamic legal methodology, to obtain basic knowledge about the Sharia, the Sharia provisions, the methods of judgment from the Sharia, the objectives of the Sharia, the case law and the related concepts.
