The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge on Law of Obligations.

Course Contents
The main purpose of this course is to examine three different kinds of obligations which are the general subjects of the Turkish code of obligations: These are : a. an obligation deriving from signing of on contract, b. a tortuous act bringing an obligation to pay damages to another person, and c. unjustly enrichment under which an obligation to pay the losses of another party arises.
