Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to introduce the concepts related to project management and to improve the project management skills of students.

Learning Outcomes
1 Students develop skills in expressing themselves by learning evaluation methods such as report preparation, team work and oral presentation.
2Students learn the fields of project management knowledge and use the solutions and methods taught in these knowledge fields despite possible problems.
3Students learn the planning methods that can be used in project time management.
4 Students will be able to learn how to schedule, monitor and control their projects.
5Students learn the software used to realize the time management of the projects together with their applications.
