Objectives of the Course |
To develop an understanding of theoretical frameworks used to understand and change exercise behavior, to introduce students to research on individual, interpersonal and environmental factors affecting exercise participation; apply this knowledge to the promotion of physical activity, to examine the link between exercise and psychological well-being and how exercise can be used to improve various aspects of psychological well-being. |
