1Gaining court and equipment knowledge, expressing mini volleyball playing rules.
2Mastering general and volleyball specific warm-up methods
3Preparing educational games related with novice players and making the players to perform these games.
4Voleybola yeni başlayanlara yaptırılacak topa alışma çalışmalarını, temel duruşları ve kayma adımlarını öğrenebilme;
5Understanding the progressive teaching of front, back, jump and lateral overhead pass.
6Öne, geriye, yandan, yüksek, alçak, uzun kısa manşet pası öğrenebilme;
7Understanding the progressive teaching of underhand and tennis serve.
8Understanding the progressive teaching of spiking and diving.
9Understanding the training exercises of receiving service and defense for spike
10Learning the information of mini volleyball team formation, offence and defense systems, and game movements during the match

Course Contents
Definition of volleyball, Development stages of volleyball in the world and in Turkey, Warm-up and stretching in volleyball, Finger pass types and Techniques, Cuff pass types and techniques, Serve, dunk, block techniques; Falling techniques (plonjon), Receiving the ball, receiving the attack, defensive work, The duties and places of the players (setter, cross-setter, middle player, corner attacker, libero) on the field, learning the rules of the game in volleyball.
