Objectives of the Course
To define the concepts of Taekwondo, to discuss its history and general structure more closely, to apply basic techniques and Poomse 1, to practice general and special competition techniques and their combinations with hand exercises, to use Taekwon-do in recreational activities as fun individual and group exercises. To plan accordingly and to help support different organizations with these events.

Examining and applying the 11 basic techniques of the Taekwondo sport branch, competition techniques and exercises for theoretical and practical reinforcement of poomse 1, learning the motoric features required for this sport branch, analysis of different competition techniques, combinations of competition techniques, developing exercises of these combinations and all these. It includes topics on how to provide fun in a recreational activity.
