Objectives of the Course
To provide information about the concept of women and exercise, the purpose and goals of women and exercise, the historical development of women and sports, the physical characteristics of women, the physiological characteristics of women and the effects of training on women.

2The importance of sociocultural factors in the development of female athletes and the role of the family in directing women to sports.
