To discuss the place of sports on a universal plane by examining the relationship of sports with politics and social events.

Course Contents
It includes readings and presentations that will analyze books and documentaries showing the relevance of sports to politics and social events, and evaluate international events that have taken place in the history of the Olympics.

1Have the conceptual and theoretical competence to explain the phenomena in the disciplines of Political Science and International Relations.
2Identifying international and national problems among the methodologies used in the disciplines of Political Science and International Relations, choosing appropriate analysis techniques in the face of these problems and putting into practice appropriate empirical studies.
3Gains the ability to follow, interpret and apply problem-solving techniques in social areas with different content at international and national level.
4Data collection for models needed for social sciences applications, interprets and analyzes the obtained data.
5Takes responsibility, leads and works effectively individually and/or in a team.
