Objectives of the Course
Every team should have an operational plan that contributes to achieving their goals. This course will give students the methods, tools and techniques to do this with confidence. At the same time, this course will provide an opportunity to understand the factors that affect the motivation of athletes and will provide tools to build and restrain motivation in competitions.
