Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach and develop scientific evidence-based methods and techniques for special physical activities in order to protect public health, to comprehend the requirements of effective and safe physical activity for all segments of the society, and to create sensitive health professionals.

Increasing the quality of life, creating a healthy emotional environment, recognizing many basic principles for increasing physical activity in all parts of the society, health-related components of fitness, health screenings and risk classifications, effective measurement of physical activity, evaluation principles, sedentary life and chronic diseases, physical evaluating and planning activity programs, preparing exercise programs, following and evaluating health and fitness norms
