Course Contents |
Differences between cycling for sports, transportation and recreational purposes. Equipment, competition rules and basic skills specific to cycling disciplines. Driving technique, safe riding, bicycle selection, basic bicycle maintenance. Anatomical, aerodynamic, biomechanical and physiological elements affecting performance in cycling. Movement skill gains that can be achieved through cycling activities. Supporting physical fitness with cycling activities Development of cycling in Turkey Projects, new initiatives and job opportunities related to recreational cycling activities |
