Objectives of the Course |
This course covers the conceptual expression, origin, historical and historical changes and transformations of the state, which is defined as a legal entity that emerges with the dominance of a certain human community over a certain geographical space; It aims to make students comprehend the basic organs and functions of the shapes they take in these processes. |

1 | Knowledge about the definition of the state, its establishment and in which cases it will end. Explains these concepts and specifies their comments. | 2 | Knows the emerging theories about the origin of the state and compares these theories and expresses their comments about their strengths and weaknesses. | 3 | Knows the relationship between country, nation and sovereignty elements, which are the basic elements of the state, and makes comments on the meaning of the new situation that arises regarding the existence of the state in the absence of one of these elements and participates in the discussions. | 4 | Knows the forms of the state. Makes comparisons and interpretations about state forms. | 5 | Identifies the main organs of the state, expresses an idea about the transformation they have undergone in the historical process. Participates in discussions about the functions of these organs. |
