Objectives of the Course
To learn the legal aspect of debt relations, which we frequently take part in in daily life, and to reflect it in daily life. To comprehend the legal equivalent of the human subject, to have a detailed knowledge of the concept of right, obligation (responsibility) and their content in this context.

1To discuss the issue with examples from daily life in order to increase awareness and knowledge about the legal aspect of debt relations,
2Based on the concept of responsibility (obligation), to address the issue of what kind of legal obligations we have towards ourselves or our family members or colleagues, our social environment, or the state or societ,
3To deal with the legal consequences of our unjust actions against others, other than the actions that we are right, and what kind of obligations, especially the liability for compensation, will arise,
4Discussing whether a debt relationship can arise without any legal connection, especially a valid legal transaction between individuals, and to raise awareness on this issue, if debt relationships can be formed in this way,
5Considering the legal consequences of not fulfilling one's debt, to deal with the issue of what kind of obligations, especially the liability for compensation, will arise,
6To discuss the legal aspect and consequences of such a transfer by discussing whether the person can transfer her debt or receivable to someone else.

The legal nature of the debt concept and the debt relationship, the concept of liability, the establishment, interpretation and termination of contracts, the elements of tort, strict liability situations, unjust enrichment and return obligation, the situations that terminate the debt, the debtor and creditor default concepts and conditions, types of representation and representation. results, conditions and unconditional transactions, reasons stopping and interrupting the statute of limitations, conditions and consequences of the transfer of the receivable, terms and consequences of the transfer of the debt.
