Objectives of the Course |
Within the scope of the Capital Market Law course, first of all, the basic concepts of the capital market, the approach and solution style of the Capital Market Law to the problems are clarified the relationship with other law branches, especially commercial law. The structure, duties and functions of the Capital Market Board, which is also the regulatory authority, are explained. |
