Course Contents |
The main purpose of this course is to examine three different kinds of obligations which are the general subjects of the Turkish code of obligations: These are : a. an obligation deriving from signing of on contract, b. a tortuous act bringing an obligation to pay damages to another person, and c. unjustly enrichment under which an obligation to pay the losses of another party arises. |
