Objectives of the Course
At the end of this course, students acquire general knowledge about Far Eastern philosophies. They can gain basic knowledge (classification of basic concepts, theories and techniques) about Aikido.

Learning Outcomes
1He learns that typical reflexes can change with intellectual mastery, giving different commands to the hands and legs. Falling and somersault skills improve. Can apply basic control techniques for self-defense without harming the opponent. Therefore; the ability to control both himself and his opponent at the same time develops. Learns and applies shooting techniques. The understanding of peace against war and defense against attack develops.
