Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to grasp the philosophy of handball, game rıules, knowledge of facility and court, warm up and cooling down periods in the game, practices of individual techniques with-without a ball, improving attack-defence systems individually and in groups and analysing goalkeeper and features of a goalkeeper.
