Voleybolun tanımı, dünyada ve Türkiye’de voleybolun gelişim evreleri, voleybolda ısınma ve stretching, parmak pas çeşitleri ve teknikleri, manşet pas çeşitleri ve teknikleri, servis, smaç, blok teknikleri; düşme teknikleri (plonjon), top karşılama, hücum karşılama, defans çalışması, oyuncuların (pasör, pasör çaprazı, orta oyuncu, köşe hücumcu, libero) sahadaki görev ve yerleri, voleybolda oyun kurallarının öğrenilmesi
