Course Contents
Definition of volleyball, development stages of volleyball in the world and in Turkey, warm-up and stretching in volleyball, finger pass types and techniques, cuff pass types and techniques, serve, dunk, block techniques; falling techniques (plonjon), receiving the ball, receiving the attack, defensive work, the duties and places of the players (setter, cross-setter, middle player, corner attacker, libero) on the field, learning the rules of the game in volleyball.
