1 | To be able to develop unique models for alternative sectors by understanding the basic elements of Process Management and Process Management. | 2 | To make process analysis, improvement and development studies with tools such as Business Study (Time andMetod Etude), statistical process control, Kaizen, problem solving techniques, cause result diagram, benchmarking. | 3 | By using high-level process improvement methods such as creative and critical thinking, problem solving and decision making, To identify the problem on a sample process, to identify areas for improvement and to make improvements. | 4 | Examples are process improvement workshops and sharing of professional experiences, presentation skills, communication and critical thinking, and the development of competencies in concrete examples. |
