Gaining knowledge and skills about olive farming in general terms

1To have general knowledge about olive's history, to be classified according to olive varieties.
2Having knowledge about the nutrient content and the effect on human health of olive, learning the ecological requirements for olive growing
3Distribution of olive cultivation in Turkey, the morphological structure of olive
4To learn the olive propagation, to learn the proper olive garden planting and the cultural processes that must be done in this establishment (tillage, planting, support systems, desire for finishing, pruning, fighting against diseases and harms)
5To learn the economic structure of olive and its contribution to the country's economy
6Zeytinin tarihçesi hakkında genel bilgiye sahip olması, Zeytini çeşitlerine göre sınıflandırılarak tanıtılması.
7Zeytinin besin içeriği ve insan sağlığına etkisi hakkında bilgi sahibi olması, Zeytin yetiştiriciliği için gerekli ekolojik isteklerin öğrenilmesi
