Objectives of the Course
Students who complete all requirements of career planning and development course gain: 1. Make self-assessment (weak and strong aspects, etc.) 2. Analyze their skills (experience, area of expertise, etc.) 3. Identify the career paths (features that need to be improved, appropriate sectors and positions) 4. Gain planning skills for the future 5. Evaluate alternatives for their career life spans 6. Write the resume and a letter of intent 7. Improved verbal and nonverbal communication, and They are expected to be ready for business negotiations.

Career concept, career planning and stages; development of individual career development, career strategy; career planning model, career options in related teaching areas; resume preparation and resume types, CV format and examples, CV considerations; cover letter, introductory letters, job interview, objectives, methods and types, preparation for interview and interview stages; situations that may occur in negotiations; types of questions, body language-bodily marking.
