The concept of risk and crisis management in disasters has become an inevitable concept as the effects of disaster-related events in our lives begin to feel more. This course is intended to contribute to your development and professional development.

Course Contents
In this course, students will be able to identify the concepts of crisis and risk, crisis and reliability: threats to corporate reputation. In health institutions; communication with stakeholders and target audiences in crisis management, problem management-risk management-crisis management, coping with the crisis: Crisis management plan, the elimination of the crisis, measuring the consequences of a crisis, global crises, communication strategies and errors, technology and risk perception.
