Course Contents |
In this course, students will be able to identify the concepts of crisis and risk, crisis and reliability: threats to corporate reputation. In health institutions; communication with stakeholders and target audiences in crisis management, problem management-risk management-crisis management, coping with the crisis: Crisis management plan, the elimination of the crisis, measuring the consequences of a crisis, global crises, communication strategies and errors, technology and risk perception. |
