The concept of individualization and its importance in education; for individualization things to do: curriculum-based assessment, vulgar evaluation, preparing criterion-based measurement tool, rules to be followed in evaluation; long term and short setting semester teaching objectives; for fusion / integration arrangements that can be made in classrooms and schools; adapting teaching; individualization and adaptation in integration / integration classes examples.
