Will be able to explain the basic concepts of Seljuk Turkish History and Culture. Important points in the historical development process of Seljuk Turkish History and Culture. Will be able to explain the interaction of Seljuk Turkish History and Culture with surrounding cultures.

Giving information about the origin of the Seljuks; examining the lifestyles, beliefs and migration routes before the establishment of a state; Examining the events and political relations in the period of Tugrul Bey and evaluating the policies of Tugrul Bey in the state administration; Examining the Alp Arslan period and evaluating the Battle of Manzikert in terms of the Great Seljuk State, Byzantium and Turkmens; Examining the periods of Melikşah, Berkyaruk, Mehmet Tapar and Sencer and evaluating the events related to the collapse of the Great Seljuk State; Determining the factors that played a role in the establishment of the Anatolian Seljuk State and examining the periods of Kutalmış son Süleyman Şah and I. Kılıç Arslan; Sultan Mesut and II. Examining the internal and external events of the Kılıç Arslan period, examining the periods of I. Keyhüsrev and I. Keykavus and I. Alaeddin Keykubat, II. Analyzing the period of Keyhüsrev; Evaluation of the Babais Revolt by determining the economic and social situation of Anatolia and evaluation of the results of the Kösedağ War; Examining the reasons for the Mongol invasion and the collapse of the Anatolian Seljuk State
