Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to enable students to become an expert trainer in archery by gaining various technical and tactical skills. Some of these skills are: Development of technical and tactical competencies, development of safety and ethical awareness, acquisition of education and training competencies, skills of teaching basic tactical methods specific to the branch, basic principles of coaching, teaching the preparation of training programs, team management. development of branch-specific training methods, preparation of training programs for each age group.

This course includes topics such as Advanced Technical Competencies, Setting up and fine tuning the bow, Competition Rules, Competitive Performance Development, Psychological Preparation and Stress Management, Safety and Ethical Awareness, Training and Teaching Skills Development

2	Aiming and Target Focus (Learning and practical applications of advanced aiming techniques, concentration exercises)
3	Aiming and Target Focus (Aiming from different distances and making adjustments).

5	Bow setup and adjustments (Learning and practicing advanced bow adjustments, understanding the interaction of bow and arrow and making the correct adjustments).
6	Spring installation and Adjustments (individual work for identification and correction of technical errors).

9	Psychological Preparedness and Stress Management (Managing performance under competitive pressure, Learning strategies to cope with stress and anxiety, Maintaining motivation and developing skills to focus on goals).
