Objectives of the Course

Wrist wrestling matches are made with two arms, both right arm and left arm according to the weight method. Of course, the choice here is entirely up to the athlete himself. If you want the right arm, you can join the competition with the left arm. Learning the technical rules and rules of the wrestling
