Objectives of the Course
To comprehend the importance of the historical development of archery sport. To teach the technical skills required by the sports branch. To gain other elements such as patience, concentration and teamwork within the archery branch. To master the teaching methods of the sports branch.

Course Contents
This course aims to provide students with both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills. in this context; Giving basic information about the history of archery, different archery techniques, bow and arrow materials. Teaching and practicing basic archery techniques such as safety rules, correct posture, arrow holding, bow stretching, arrow throwing, and providing students to improve their basic techniques with exercises specially designed for archery are the content of the course.

9Importance of breathing techniques and correct breathing exercises. Practicing aiming with breathing. Mental focus exercises to increase concentration
