Course Contents |
Basic sociological concepts and theories related to urbanization. The causes of urbanization in the world, especially in Turkey, features and effects. The source of the urban population, properties and distribution. social structure of urban areas. The ecological system of the city. In urban areas individuals, groups and social institutions. adapt to urban life. Slum development. In the Western world "slum" where the slum neighborhoods of poverty in developing countries. |
