Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to make the students aware of the processes and shapes of the administrative structuring in the Turkish states and to examine Turkish administrative institutions and traditions.

1 Explain the elements of today's public administration structure and management culture.
2Understands what kind of factors are affected by change and development processes.
3Expresses the effects of the old Turks, Islamic civilization and Seljuk administration on the administrative structure of the Ottoman Empire.

5Interprets which is inherited the management institutions and experiences from Ottoman to Republic

Course Contents
In this course, in areas where the state took over the management of the historical heritage of the Republic of Turkey, the Central Asian State tradition, Iran, Seljuk and Ottoman empires management schemes will be examined in detail.
