Objectives of the Course |
Finding its roots in political science and psychology and related with many areas such as sociology, economics, communication, international relations, education, social psychology, social sciences, small groups, the aim of Political Psychology as an interdisciplinary study area is learning the basic concepts of the discipline, to demonstrate what kind of studies examined in different periods and traditions and try to find out how were the contemporary examples and applications. |

Course Contents |
Besides including as an interdisciplinary method of the fields such as political socialization forms of political culture, ideology, mass society or communication, political psychology examines the fields outside the description of the main stream of politics beyond the state and the political perception of relations such as political behavior, attitudes and values, cultural beliefs and relationships as well as social and political phenomenonas ,the cognitive and communicative aspects. |
