A general appraisal of organizational behavior; Organizational behavior in historical and global context; Individuals in organizations, perception, attitudes, personality and individual behavior, job satisfaction, basic motivation concepts and importance for organizations, employees and managers, individual decision making; Groups in organizations, group behavior, teams, communication, leadership, power and politics, conflict and negotiation, stress; organizational system, organizational structure, technology and business design, socio-technical system, organizational culture, organizational change and development.
