Course Contents
The scope of the mediation course consists of developing the minimum qualifications, level of knowledge and personal abilities that the people who will work as mediators should have. In addition, restorative justice understanding, victim-perpetrator mediation, legal basis of mediation in criminal procedure law, mediation at the investigation stage, mediation at the prosecution stage, communication skills, and theoretical knowledge about negotiation techniques.
