Objectives of the Course |
The aim of the course is to provide the students with a background on the main sources and history of child law, the protection of the child in public law, the position of the child in civil law, social assistance, security and labor law. To make lawyers can work in the field of children's law. To guide the lawyers who want to improve themselves in the advocacy of children's rights. |
