| Level of Course Unit | Short Cycle | Objectives of the Course | To examine the process of emergence of Consumer Law as a legal discipline with the developments in the world, to have information about the concept of consumer and the rights of the consumer within the framework of our legislation, to learn consumer transactions and basic consumer contracts, to deliver defective goods and services within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Consumers obtaining information on consumer protection against their presentations, examining consumer organizations tasked with the identification of consumer problems and the protection of the consumer's interest. | Name of Lecturer(s) | Öğr.
