Objectives of the Course

Forensic Law Enforcement course; It will help students to have sufficient knowledge and equipment regarding Law Enforcement Activities whenever they need in their professional life, where they will be a part of the legal world.

1	To be able to explain the concepts of state of law and police state and the differences between these concepts.
2	Being able to distinguish between the two law enforcement activities by making the distinction between judicial law enforcement and administrative law enforcement.

4	To be able to explain the concept, characteristics and types of administrative proceedings in general.
5	To be able to explain the individual law enforcement operations carried out to ensure public order.
6	Ability to determine the constitutional and legal limits of law enforcement powers
7	To be able to explain the basic disciplinary provisions to which law enforcement officers are subject to disciplinary action.
