Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to understand that gender is a cultural construct unlike gender biology, is to clutch that gender-based inequalities of the concept how are learned in everyday life and institutionalization process, is to be able to learn and discuss the theories that explain gender and gender identity.

1Knowing the differences and determining variables between gender-based concepts
2To know the differences and determinants of gender-based concepts, to raise awareness of gender-based inequalities

5To be able to create the necessary social policy recommendations to prevent gender inequalities

Gender and gender construction , division of labor based on gender, patriarchal social institutions and values, theories and researches explaining gender identity, development of feminism, positive discrimination theories, spatial habitus and separation, sexism in education, social origins of violence against women
