To learn the basics of adequate and balanced nutrition by giving students basic information about healthy life and the composition of foods.

Course Contents
Basic concepts of nutrition, food groups and characteristics, principles of nutrition in various physiological periods and nutrient requirements, common health problems (diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, examination of the relationship between cancer) and nutrition.
