| Günümüzde dünya genelinde beslenmeye destek olmak üzere "Besin destekleri" ve tedaviye yardımcı olmak amacıyla da besinlerde yer alan temel etkili bileşenleri yüksek derişimde sağlayan "Nutrasötikler" adı verilen ürünler yaygın kullanılmaktadır. Bu dersin amacı bilimsel bulgulara dayanılarak bu ürünlerin etkinliği konusunda bilgi kazandırılmasıdır. |
