The aim of the course is to develop the physical abilities of the students and to gain the ability to carry the correct lifting and carrying with sufficient strength, durability and flexibility.

1Explain the importance of exercise and bodybuilding in terms of the profession.
2Students will be able to apply their physical skills by using various techniques and hence move them with better transport techniques.
