Course Contents
To learn the purpose of health law and the terms related to the subject. To know the contribution and importance of human rights to patient rights. To know and comply with ethical values in communication between the health worker and the patient, To learn the trust-based relationship between the health worker and the patient, and to have the behavior and skills in accordance with the patient rights regulation in their professional practices. Knowing what a Medical Malpractice (Malpractice) is, showing the ability to avoid Medical Malpractice. Civil servants and health workers should be aware of their legal obligations in the field and do their job accordingly.
