Objectives of the Course
Medical secretaries act as a bridge between physicians, nurses, patient-patient relatives and other health personnel in health institutions. Medical secretaries are the first to come into contact with the patient, unless urgent intervention is required. Therefore, it is very important for the patient to communicate with the first person he/she encounters with the feeling of uneasiness and tension caused by being in the hospital. The aim of this course is to contribute to the communication of medical secretaries with patients, physicians, nurses and other health personnel.
