Course Contents
To Explain Turkish Legislation on Foreign Trade from the view of basic concepts of foreign trade, to explain delivery terms in foreign trade and to learn how to issue official and commercial documents used in foreign trade.

2Fundamentals of Turkish Legislation on Foreign Trade
3Institutions of Foreign Trade: Undersecreteriat of Foreign Trade, Undersecreteriat of Customs, Undersecreteriat of Treasury, Exporters Union, General Secretary of Exporters Union and sub-departments of these organisations.
4Institutions of Foreign Trade: Export Promotion Center of Turkey (İGEME), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Banks, Customs Brokers, International Logistics and Transport Companies
5Delivery Terms in Foreign Trade: Incoterms: Aims of Incoterms and classification of Incoterms in regard of identitification, transport mean and execution place of delivery obligation
