Objectives of the Course
Explaining the concepts of leader and leadership, clear differences between leader and manager, characteristics of leaders, power sources of leaders, basic leadership theories, personal characteristics of leaders. In addition, it is to contribute to the personal and professional development of students by enabling them to understand what personality and self are, their development, the factors and issues that affect and prevent them, and to get to know themselves better.

Course Contents
The content of this course is to develop a leader who fits and manages the ever-changing economy and challenges serious competition in such a complex and dynamic market. Dealing with new problems that arise in a competitive environment requires new solutions and new types of leaders. However, the explosion of technological innovations, rapid changes in demographic factors and increasing life expectancy cause uncertainty for leaders as well as managers. Therefore, the aim of this course is to prepare students as a new leader who will overcome the problems and problems of the global market.
