| The content of this course is to develop a leader who fits and manages the ever-changing economy and challenges serious competition in such a complex and dynamic market. Dealing with new problems that arise in a competitive environment requires new solutions and new types of leaders. However, the explosion of technological innovations, rapid changes in demographic factors and increasing life expectancy cause uncertainty for leaders as well as managers. Therefore, the aim of this course is to prepare students as a new leader who will overcome the problems and problems of the global market. |
