Objectives of the Course
To ensure that those who will work in public institutions and organizations carry out their public services in accordance with legal criteria and principles, in accordance with the requirements of a separate administrative law, and that those who are managed are aware of their rights and obligations in their relations with the administration. In addition, in accordance with the principle of separation of powers, which is a constitutional principle, it is to examine the legal relations between individuals and the “Administration”, which is a technical extension of the executive power.
