| This course examines the planning and management of logistics services and supply chain activities. Introduction to physical distribution and logistics, logistics systems, logistics and supply chain management, order management and customer service, principles of inventory management, distribution centers and warehousing, logistics cost analysis and tradeoff, information technologies and electronic logistics are the main topics. |
