Introduction to consumer behavior. Market segmentation, psychological effects on consumer behavior. Learning, motivation, perception, changing attitudes and attitudes, socio-cultural influences on consumer behavior: group dynamics and advisory groups, family, personal effects and diffusion of innovations. Consumer purchasing decision process. |
