| The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0), or in other words, the digital revolution has begun to dramatically change the structure of work. Some professions began to disappear, some professions began to change, and some professions began to be newly created. In this context, in our world where the digital revolution has begun to dominate, individuals are now expected to approach the working world with a more flexible understanding. This course is primarily designed for students to plan their own career future and focuses on contributing to the career development of potential students as well as their own career development. With this course, students will be able to distinguish between career-related concepts and gain an introductory idea of how career development theories address an individual's career problems. In addition, this course includes tips on how to make career planning and how to prepare for the business world. |
