Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the importance of science and nature related concepts in education and to present activity samples including basic concepts of science-nature education at preschool. In addition, this course explores how to create and implement curriculum for young children, with a focus in the use of technology to teach different activities such as math, science and the development of technological fluency. The underlying philosophy of this course is that people learn better when engaged in making and designing their own meaningful projects; students plan their own curriculums.
